Terms of Service
Last officially updated: March 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or submitting software to FindingAITools ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you represent that you have read, understood, and mathematically agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a corporation, startup, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the explicit legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you fundamentally disagree with any provision contained within this document, your sole remedy is to immediately cease use of our infrastructure.
2. Description of the Platform
FindingAITools operates as an independent, third-party centralized index directory designed to curate, organize, and catalog capabilities pertaining to Artificial Intelligence (AI) software, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning algorithms, and generative media tooling.
We do not host, execute, or own the core intellectual property of the third-party software applications listed in our directory. We act strictly as an informational vector.
3. Submission & Licensing Grants
If you choose to submit a tool, software application, SaaS platform, or AI model (collectively, "Submitted Asset") for inclusion in our directory via our Submission Engine, you retain all strict ownership rights to your original Intellectual Property.
However, to functionally allow us to display and promote your software, you mathematically grant FindingAITools a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable license to:
- Use, reproduce, display, and publicly perform any associated logos, screenshots, and promotional media metadata provided.
- Modify or construct derivative descriptions of your software for the strict purpose of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and categorization alignment within our vector database.
- Feature your Submitted Asset natively across our promotional channels, including associated newsletters and syndicated endpoints.
Note: We reserve the sovereign right to reject, modify, or permanently delist any Submitted Asset at our sole programmatic discretion, independently of whether a premium listing tier was purchased.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Scraping Defenses
As a user of FindingAITools, you are explicitly prohibited from engaging in the following computational actions:
- Automated Extraction: Deploying headless browsers, scraping arrays, spiders, or unauthorized algorithmic crawlers to mass-extract our generated categories, metadata, and database structures without an explicit Enterprise API key.
- Competitive Duplication: Utilizing our taxonomy, categorization structures, or programmatic SEO architectures to construct or train a directly competing directory model.
- Subversion: Attempting to artificially inflate upvotes, review scores, or traffic metrics through network proxies or headless automation.
5. Disclaimer of Liability Regarding AI Outcomes
Artificial Intelligence is an inherently volatile, non-deterministic, and rapidly evolving technology sector.
FINDINGAITOOLS (AND ITS ARCHITECTS) EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR THE ACCURACY, SAFETY, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY AI SOFTWARE LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM.
Relying on any AI tool discovered here for medical, legal, financial, or strict mission-critical enterprise operations is done exclusively at your own peril. We do not warranty that any listed tool is secure, adheres to GDPR protocol on its own servers, or will not produce biased or hallucinatory network returns.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Architecture
The UI glassmorphism layout, specific compilation of directory data, platform source code, and FindingAITools brand identity are exclusively owned by us. You are strictly forbidden from mirroring our UI elements or repurposing our proprietary rating algorithms without written permission.
7. Contact & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by standard international commerce law regardless of conflict of law principles.
For rigorous legal inquiries or to enact a DMCA takedown request against a tool falsely claiming your intellectual property, contact our legal node directly through our Secure Contact API.
